Pre Sale Questions

We offer free US domestic shipping on all ONLONA orders!

US orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the country and its customs.

Yep! You can return the goods 30 days after receipt without any hassle.
Your item(s) must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount

All our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic metals (that means no nickel, yay! :)
We offer hypoallergenic brass pieces that are 3x dipped in 14k gold, solid .925 sterling silver and vermeil (which is .925 sterling silver plated in 14k rose and yellow gold) options! 

Any jewelry made with copper such as sterling silver, yellow and rose gold items can tarnish slightly over time (since they are not solid gold pieces).
The finish can potentially leave a slight surface mark to the skin due to the different acids on the skin, but it is nothing to be alarmed about! The mark you may see easily comes off with warm water + soap.
Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals, our plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken :)  .

If you are asking if we use diamonds, then the answer is no- but that doesn't mean our rings are "fake."

ONLONA specializes in everyday crystal jewelry, but that doesn't mean they are off limits to those of you who wish to use them for engagements.
We will say that if you are looking for a jewelry piece that is guaranteed to last forever, we are probably not for you.
But if you are looking for affordable jewelry pieces that look beautiful and work for 92% of our customers who practice proper jewelry care, we are for you!
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages.
This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)

After Sale Questions

We provide 365 days support, no matter when you leave us a message, we will reply you within one day.
if you are in a hurry, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email support@onlona.com and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order. 
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at support@onlona.com and provide your new address.
